Fanart commission requests to draw your favorite character(s) with you or in standalone artworks.

Discriminatory or hateful depictions of a particular group of people or a person;

Fetishistic displays of any kind or settings that fetishize someone else's sona/OC with or without their consent;

Gore or pornographic themes (as in, genitals explicitly showing and/or sexual intercourse itself and its many forms);

Non-con and dubious-con settings are expressly out of the question;

Settings with bigotry, sexism, and misogyny will be REJECTED.

Payments from international customers are made through Stripe or Paypal invoice only.

I only start working after getting paid - your commission won't be started until I've received full payment.

All sales are final and refunds are not applicable if the customer is unsatisfied with the finished piece.

Please keep in mind that if you're being disrespectful to me or generally bothersome, I might decline your commission inquiry. If you've already made payment, I'll finish your order but you'll be blacklisted from commissioning me again.

Only SFW inquiries will be accepted. I also have the right to turn down an inquiry if I wouldn't feel comfortable drawing for you, or if the contents of your inquiry make me uncomfortable for personal reasons.

I keep all rights over the drawings I make. I may use them to promote myself, including but not limited to posting them and their files in portfolios, online galleries, and similar.

You must let me know beforehand if you wish to keep your commission private and pay an additional fee of 25% if you don’t want me to share it anywhere. In case I'm allowed to post your commission as long as I list you as an anonymous buyer, there'll be no fee.

All my artworks are raster images drawn in 300 DPI with RGB colors, saved in PNG format.

For a specific resolution, DPI or color channel, please let me know beforehand. Different specs may increase the final price, especially if they're for a commercial piece (as they usually require larger canvases and over-particular specs).

With the exception of wing-it commissions, WIP sketches are always sent for approval and any and all edits are to be pointed out during this step.

The request of excessive edits as well as edits made after the customer has approved a WIP but changed their mind after I've already done what they had approved will result in additional charges; price starts at $5 per edit but may vary depending on complexity.

Edits aren't possible once the drawing is complete.

You must be 18 years old or older to commission me.

You are paying for digital artworks, meaning there are no goods to be shipped.

You will receive the full-resolution PNG file of your purchased drawing via Discord, preferred social media contact or e-mail.

You keep all the rights over your characters and credits will always be given to you as their owner.

You are allowed to use the drawing you receive how and where you want, as long as you:

Don’t make a profit over non-commercial drawings;

Credit me as the artist whenever reposting it anywhere and don’t remove my signature;

Don’t use or submit the drawing to AI-machine learning or editing in any form;

Don’t use the drawing with negative, offensive intent.

Please make sure to save all the files I send you, as I might not have the files of past commissions stored anymore.

Please respond within three days. If I have gotten no reply, I’ll try to contact you again. If there is no response at all after a week, I’ll continue working without allowing further edits.

Every YCH has its own rules and conditions, stated in the description area of the sale submission. Please read carefully to know the types of character accepted and specific information you need to provide me for your piece.

As soon as I confirm your interest in taking a slot, I'll note you with a form to fill in with the information I need for your drawing. If you don't reply in 24h, your slot will be made available again and someone else may take it.

Alternatively, the order form may be in the YCH post's description depending on what kind of sale it is. Simply filling out the form will prompt me to message you back to confirm your slot before sending an invoice.

Depending on the Y.C.H, certain species/requests you have may not be feasible; I'll let you know about those before you pay, so you have time to either come up with something else, or give up on your slot.

I will not be held responsible for any limitation in your piece's final result that you may dislike/complain about if you were warned of it beforehand.

I don't offer WIPs for YCHs. Please keep this in mind while waiting; the next time I come back to you will be with your finished piece.

No modification requests to the final result will be accepted unless it's a clear mistake on my part.

Turn-around time will depend on my current work intake but usually ranges from 7 to 14 working days. Depending on the YCH or due to unforeseen setbacks, it might take longer; any large delay will be promptly discussed with you in time regardless of the reason.

All purchases are final. No refunds.

These terms may be modified or have more added to them if necessary.

The main function of this server is to just share my art and PSD/SAI2 files for easier viewing and downloading - please don't join if you're only looking for chatting, as conversation settings are turned off in the channels. I have a low social battery and crippling depression/anxiety, so I must focus on not overwhelming myself beyond my capacity to be able to tend to my schedule more effectively.

I can't guarantee how often early grabs for sales will be available because it'll depend on my availability to work on said sales. My routine is tight and I can't fit in sale openings as consistently as I'd like; please keep this in mind.

I also can't guarantee how many drawing files (PSD/SAI2) I'll be able to release per month; it'll consist of the files for the Grand Kagami-mochi ($15) tier drawing rewards (when available) and general artworks I do during the month; there's no minimum or maximum of files to be expected.

The server will be updated according to my own pacing. Drawing time is usually scarce because of health conditions or my usually busy routine, so please keep in mind that there might have periods of high activity followed by periods of silence. There's no standard schedule for updates.

The server's space and my work are PG-13, but you must be 18+ to join given this is a space that deals with real money purchases.

You must not share any files or content posted on this server outside of it.

Users that have caused me trouble in the past aren't allowed to join and will be promptly removed and have their pledge removed and refunded. Those known for LGBTQIAfobia, zoophilia, racism, sexism, ableism, or any other kind of prejudicial ideology, aren’t allowed to join as well.

Failing to follow any of these guidelines will result in a warning; insisting on it will warrant a ban.
